Portland has been my home for the past eight years and I love it because it is a beautiful, living city with always something to do. The natural health scene is vibrant and the opportunity to enjoy the healing effects of fresh air is plentiful.

I enjoy spending time with my son, Jeremy, and lovely granddaughter, Ellie. With them lives their awesome cat, Cashmere, with whom I do craniosacral therapy quite often. I know he enjoys it because he’ll interrupt whatever I’m doing to receive a little therapy.

Ellie also has caught on to the benefits of craniosacral therapy and energetic unwinding of the spine, joints, & muscles.  We have been doing either form of energy work since she was a tiny infant.  Ellie will let me know when she needs a little “unwinding” of her knees, neck, back, or tummy, really any part of her body.  Craniosacral therapy often helps her to fall asleep after a physically active day.

My passions are craniosacral therapy, people, animals, nature, and physical movement of any kind.
